At Morton Associates we offer both Private and Online Mortgage classes. Whether you are new to the business or you are a seasoned veteran,Continuing Education, we can meet your needs with our Private and Online classes..
All mortgage continuing education (CE) courses are NMLS approved and meet NMLS requirements. You can take your CE by scheduling us to come to your location with a Private Class. You can also take your class Online from the comfort of your living room, office or your neighborhood coffee shop.
Our mortgage pre-licensing education (PE) courses are NMLS approved and meet NMLS requirements. Your course is offered Online so there is no need for travel.
IMPORTANT: The 20-hr course is applicable for those states that do not require state-specific content and allow pre-licensing online. For example, North Carolina does not allow MLO pre-licensing online. To verify your state requirement, click here.
