Policies

Registration: Registration is confirmed upon payment of course fee.
You must register before the day of the class.

Identification:
MORTGAGE LICENSEES - Bring a valid picture ID.
 
REAL ESTATE LICENSEES - Bring your pocket card and a valid picture ID.

Cancellation Policy : Refunds will be made if cancellation is received at least 10 days in advance of the course date. The amount refunded will be the cost of the class MINUS a $25 per person service fee.  Morton Associates reserves the right to cancel class with 5-days notice. Paid registrations will receive a full refund if we cancel for reasons other than weather. In case of weather cancellations, class will be rescheduled.

Checks Not Paid (NSF): A fee of $25 will be charged for any check returned by your bank.

Arrival: Be present a minimum of 30 minutes before class starts to allow for check in.  Walk-ins will be allowed if there is ample seating and course materials are available.  If you plan to attend as a walk-in, you must check to see if the class has been relocated or cancelled since we have no way of contacting you with this type of information.  We are not permitted to admit late arrivals.  No-shows may transfer to a later class during the current license year only.

Payment: Your personal or company check is welcome up to 10 days prior to the class date.  Credit cards will be accepted up until the day before class.  CASH ONLY FOR "AT THE DOOR" PAYMENT.  NO EXCEPTIONS.
